Information used by SEKHL

SEKHL processes account details, photos, posts, messages, and optional location information to provide its vehicle and community features. Browser storage keeps account preferences and locally saved scans. Account data and photos may be stored using Supabase. Public posts and shared rides are visible according to their sharing settings.

Anonymous usage statistics

SEKHL keeps aggregate daily counts of page, group, post, and car views in its existing Supabase database to understand popular content. No external analytics service receives these counts. Analytics records do not include visitor identities, email addresses, raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints, search terms, private messages, or photo contents. A short-lived, process-local hash of the network address may be used to limit requests; it is not saved in the analytics database. Session storage suppresses repeated views in the same tab for 30 minutes without assigning a visitor identifier. Analytics respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. These counts are approximate views, not unique visitors.

Photo recognition

Photos submitted for recognition or post review are sent to the configured Google Gemini or OpenAI service. Automated review can be mistaken. Do not upload sensitive information or photos you do not have permission to use.

External media

SEKHL uses YouTube services and may link to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content. YouTube and TikTok players and thumbnails load only after you enable that provider in Settings or on a media card. Loading content can disclose your IP address, browser information, and referring site to the provider. Providers may use cookies, local storage, advertising, and other tracking under their own policies. Provider-specific preferences stay enabled in this browser until you turn them off or clear browser data and apply across SEKHL, not across devices or different site addresses. Eligible videos may autoplay muted while visible. You can revoke a preference in Settings or using the player's turn-off control. Revocation unloads content but cannot undo prior disclosures or remove provider cookies.

Public YouTube and TikTok titles may be requested from their official services to display a post. SEKHL does not retain those titles in its post records. Loading an external player does not grant SEKHL access to your platform account or login credentials. SEKHL does not download platform videos for offline viewing.

Your choices and requests

You can leave external media unloaded and open the original post instead. You can change sharing settings and remove your posts using the available account controls. Contact info@sekhl.com to request access, correction, deletion, or report a privacy concern. Removing a SEKHL post does not remove the source content from its platform. Applicable legal and security obligations may require some records to be retained.
