Common questions
How do I scan a ride?
Open Home and upload or capture a ride photo. Identification and valuation are estimates, not guaranteed results.
Where are my previous scans?
Open Scans for private scan history, search, editing and sharing. Browser-local scans can differ between browsers and devices; check the original browser without clearing its storage.
How do I share a Garage ride to a group?
Open Garage, choose a saved ride and select Share to Group. Choose a joined group. This shares the saved details and gallery without requiring Public visibility; membership and posting permissions apply.
Do I need to sign in to share a ride link?
No. For an existing accessible ride, open its share icon and choose Share link. It opens the device share sheet where supported or copies the ride URL. A link does not publish a post or grant access to private content.
Do I need to sign in to post a ride inside SEKHL?
Yes. Posting a ride card in Posts or a group requires sign-in and a synced database ID for the ride. Group posting also requires membership and posting permission.
Where are my Albums?
Open Albums to check existing albums and photos that are still present. Albums and shared views are not backups or restore tools.
How do I add friends?
Open Friends, then Find users to search member nicknames. Incoming requests can be approved or declined. Open Messages to message friends.
Can I hide my nickname from friend search?
Open Settings, then Privacy, and turn off Show my nickname in friend search. Nickname discovery is on by default for new accounts. Discovery does not share email or phone numbers.
How do I verify my email?
Signup requires email verification. Use Resend verification email on the sign-in screen if needed. Expired tracked verification restrictions require administrator review; Help cannot bypass them.
Can I recover a deleted photo or missing ride?
Deleted records have no in-app trash, undo or restore. For missing items, check Albums, search and audience filters, Shared, the relevant group and the original browser. These checks do not restore deletions. Help cannot inspect your account or recover data; report unexplained missing items through Feedback.
